i loved the super convenient location, and i found the self check-in process was very easy. the bed i slept on was great, and the room had lots of room for my stuff. i appreciated how close it was to the tram, made getting from the airport very easy.

i gotta say, there was no service, i needed to download an app to enter my room. at night, when we walked down to the grocery store, we couldnt get back in, i needed jackets and proper shoes to walk to the other hotel.

the location was lovely it was very close to many sights. the updated double room felt expansive and clean. i liked how accessible shops and cafes were because of the shopping mall below.

i had to make multiple trips for an issue. the tv remote didn't work and the resolution was a different room. i was locked out of both rooms and the building at one point.
